PLEASE READ!!

I really do hope that an admin reads this post. I noticed that there is a problem with LaCleon1 or LaCleon2. I wanted to go to kanturu remains, but I misclicked on LaCleon. Whenever my character warps there, the game shuts down and my character is lost. I have lost my lvl 400 RF and my lvl 400 AE and they cannot be recovered even when I reload the game. Can an admin help me get my characters back? My AE ign is xXARROWXx and my RF ign is xXRAGEXx.
